Manhattan Theatre Club brought Mary Louise Parker to Broadway with Proof, so she and beau Billy Crudup gave a little back at the Off-Broadway company's annual gala May 14. Husband and wife musical theatre team Marin Mazzie (Kiss Me, Kate and Jason Danieley (The Full Monty) were also in attendance.
Manhattan Theatre Club's annual spring gala, featuring performances from current Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, raises money for the respected Off-Broadway theatre company. This year, MTC has been honored with 20 Tony nominations for its transferred productions of A Class Act, Proof and The Tale of the Allergist's Wife.
