News PHOTO CALL: Former Wicked Star Shoshana Bean Makes London Concert Debut Shoshana Bean, seen on Broadway in Wicked and Hairspray, made her London concert debut Aug. 17 at the Ambassador's Theatre.

Bean's 8 PM concert featured guest stars Oliver Tompsett and Daniel Boys. The 11 PM show included appearances by Dianne Pilkington, Gavin Creel and Michael Arden.

Jason Haigh-Ellery, Hugh De La Bedoyere and Christopher D. Clegg presented the shows.

Former Wicked Star Shoshana Bean Makes London Concert Debut



After making her Broadway debut in the original cast of Hairspray, Shoshana Bean took over as the first replacement for Elphaba in Wicked. She recently headlined the Las Vegas burlesque revue Peepshow, conceived and directed by Jerry Mitchell. She made her Los Angeles concert debut at the Ford Amphitheater in June 2008, and in November made her New York City concert debut to a sold-out crowd at Rose Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center. She recently released her debut solo album "Superhero" on her own label, Shotime Records.
