Queen Ester performs "Tarzan of Harlem" with the chorus of Harlem Song in the new musical revue by George C. Wolfe, currently previewing at the Apollo Theatre.

Harlem Song tells the history of New York City's famous uptown African American neighborhood in some pastiche, some straight numbers by Bring in 'da Noise, Bring in 'da Funk's Daryl Waters and Zane Mark. Songs in the score include "Drop Me Off in Harlem," "For Sale," "Doin' the Niggerati Rag," "Hungry Blues," "Here You Come With Love," "King Joe," "Fable of Rage in the Key of Jive," "Dream Deferred" and "Tree of Life."
