News PHOTO CALL: Kate Shindle Stars in Cabaret at Maltz Jupiter Theatre Recent Wonderland star Kate Shindle takes on the role of Sally Bowles in the Maltz Jupiter Theatre production of Kander and Ebb's Cabaret, which began Jan. 10 in FL.

Shindle (Legally Blonde, Jekyll & Hyde) previously performed the role of free-wheeling entertainer Sally Bowles during the late 1990's Broadway revival of Cabaret. Also appearing is Broadway Cabaret revival cast member Fred Rose as Ernst Ludwig.

Kate Shindle Stars in Cabaret at Maltz Jupiter Theatre


BT McNicholl directs the production that incorporates actor-musicians, akin to the Tony-winning Broadway revival. Cabaret will run through Jan. 29. McNicholl served as the associate director for the Broadway revival as well.

Principal casting includes Christopher Sloan as the Emcee, Bruce Linser as Cliff, Angie Radosh as Fraulein Schneider and John Felix as Herr Schultz.

Additional cast memers are Aaron Bower as Fraulein 'Fritzie' Kost, Chris Chianesi as Bobby, Rick Costa as Hans/Rudy, Ryan Denardo as Victor, Megan Loomis as Texas, Michael Murnock as Max, Kelly Parades as Helga, Christina Pawl as Rosie, Nicole Swartzentruber as Frenchie, Laura Sheehy as Lulu and Daniel Shevlin as Ernst Ludwig.

The production has choreography by Jennifer Werner, musical direction by Alexander Rovang, scenic design by Court Watson, lighting design by Richard Latta, costume design by Gail Baldoni, sound design by Marty Mets and wig design by Gerard Kelly.

Cabaret features a book by Joe Masteroff, based on the John Van Druten play "I Am a Camera" and the original stories by Christopher Isherwood. John Kander and Fred Ebb penned the Tony-Award winning score to the musical that features such hits as "Willkommen," "So What," "Don't Tell Mama" and the title song.
