James Kirkwood's Legends! received its first-ever New York City presentation at a March 23 benefit reading starring Charles Busch and Lypsinka as dueling divas.
Directed by Mark Waldrop, the cast also featured Lisa Estridge (filling in last-minute for an ill Whoopi Goldberg), Bryan Batt, Dashaun Young and Todd DuBail. Fran Lebowitz narrated the evening, which also boasted surprise appearances by Christine Ebersole, Donna Karger and Roma Torre.
