News PHOTO CALL: Les Misérables, With Joe Cassidy, Kelly McCormick, Josh Davis and Manna Nichols, Plays Salt Lake City Salt Lake City's Pioneer Theatre Company storms the barricades of the hit musical Les Misérables May 3. The cast features Joe Cassidy, Josh Davis, Kelly McCormick, Manna Nichols and Dale Hensley.

Charles Morey directs the production which runs through June 1. Karen Azenberg choreographs, with musical direction by Darren R. Cohen. Les Misérables was penned by Alain Boublil, Claude-Michel Schonberg and Herbert Kretzmer.

The cast features Cassidy as Jean Valjean, McCormick as Fantine, Nichols as Eponine, and Hensley as Monsieur Thénardier, with Josh Davis as Javert, Melissa Mitchell as Cosette, Manna Nichols as Eponine, Christianne Tisdale as Madame Thénardier, Perry Sherman as Marius, Kevin Vortmann as Enjolras, as well as Zachary Brown and Brigham Inkley as Gavroche, Zoe Heiden and Maggie Scott as Young Cosette, and Abigail Scott as Young Eponine.

The ensemble features J. Michael Bailey, Ginger Bess, Chad Coudriet, Mary Fanning Driggs, Dara Hartman, Justin Ivie, Michael D. Jablonski, Sarah Killough, Anne Stewart Mark, Daniel T. Simons, David Spencer, Jeffrey Scott Stevens, Matt Stokes, Erik Agle, Dustin Bolt, Ashley Gardner Carlson, Tia Galanis, Lindsea Garside, Billy Hagee and Matthew Jay Romriell.

The Pioneer production of Les Misérables has scenic design by George Maxwell, costume design by K.L. Alberts, lighting design by Karl E. Haas, sound design by Matthew Tibbs and hair and make up design by Amanda French.
