Also on the guest list: Michele Lee, Jim Dale, Byran Batt, Paige Price, Dee Hoty, Kaye Ballard, Polly Bergan, Jennifer Holliday, Ann Hampton Callaway, lyricist David Zippel and Karen Mason.
