News PHOTO CALL: MCC Theater Celebrates Twenty Years of Excellence Off-Broadway MCC Theater, the critically praised company headed by Robert LuPone, William Cantler and Bernard Telsey, celebrated it’s 20th year of existence on March 13 with a gala at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom.

Some of the company’s most successful productions over the last two decades include Frozen, Beirut, The Grey Zone, The Glory of Living and Intrigue With Faye. Currently, the theatre is finishing up Glen Berger’s The Wooden Breeks and preparing Neil LaBute’s Some Girls. At left, LuPone and Carole Shorenstein Hays, as well as Claudia Shear and Christopher Ashley, are seen at the event. Below, Michael Cerveris, Eden Espinosa, Deborah Gibson and Mario Cantone, who all performed, are seen at the MCC Theater 20th Annversary Spring Gala at the Hammerstein Ballroom on West 34th Street in Manhattan.
