News Photo Call: Meet the Cast of The Spoils, Featuring Jesse Eisenberg and Stars of "Big Bang Theory" and "Boardwalk Empire" The New Group's world premiere of Jesse Eisenberg's The Spoils will begin previews May 5 prior to an official opening June 2 at The Pershing Square Signature Center.

Included in the line-up is Michael Zegen (Bad Jews, "Boardwalk Empire"), Erin Darke ("Still Alice") and Annapurna Sriram (The Happiest Song Plays Last).

Directed by Scott Elliott, performances will continue through June 28.

Darke, Sriram and Zegen will join previously announced Kunal Nayyar (“The Big Bang Theory”) and playwright Eisenberg ("The Social Network") in this production. 

"Nobody likes Ben (Jesse Eisenberg)," according to press notes. "Ben doesn’t even like Ben. He's been kicked out of grad school, lives off his parents’ money, and bullies everyone in his life, including his roommate Kalyan (Kunal Nayyar), an earnest Nepalese immigrant. When Ben discovers that his grade school crush is marrying a straight-laced banker, he sets out to destroy their relationship and win her back."

Eisenberg most recently wrote The Revisionist, in which he starred alongside Vanessa Redgrave. Previously, he wrote and starred in Rattlestick's production of Asuncion at the Cherry Lane Theatre. He is also an Academy Award-nominated actor, having starred in the films "The Double," "Night Moves," "Now You See Me," "The Social Network," "Zombieland," "Adventureland and "The Squid and the Whale."

The Spoils is presented by The New Group in association with Lisa Matlin.
