News PHOTO CALL: Melissa Errico, Brent Barrett, Judy Blazer and Ron Raines Explore Kurt Weill On Broadway Kurt Weill On Broadway, an evening celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Broadway premiere of One Touch of Venus, was presented at the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre at Symphony Space Oct. 7.

Directed by Richard Jay-Alexander with musical direction by Weill specialist James Holmes, the concert also featured excerpts from Lady in the Dark, Street Scene, Love Life and Lost in the Stars. Ted Chapin was the host.

The cast for the evening included Melissa Errico, Brent Barrett, Judy Blazer, Ron Raines, Richard Todd Adams, Cooper Grodin, Zachary James, Maren Weinberger, Analisa Leaming, Douglas Carpenter, Justin Hopkins and Jacob Watson. The Le Train Bleu Orchestra was conducted by Ransom Wilson.

Attendees heard such songs as "It Never Was You," "I'm a Stranger Here Myself," "West Wind," "Oh, Fabulous One," "One Life to Live," "Lonely House," "Lost in the Stars," "September Song," "Love Song" and more.
