News PHOTO CALL: Raúl Esparza and Olga Merediz in Washington Heights-Set "GWB" Film Tony Award nominees Raúl Esparza and Olga Merediz are featured in "GWB," a new film written and directed by Jonathan Ullman. It will be screened at the New York International Latino Film Festival Aug. 19-20.

GWB, press notes state, is "a dramatic thriller that follows its characters through the Dominican enclave of New York’s Washington Heights: an Upper Manhattan neighborhood defined by people who grow up and grow old together, where black gypsy cabs roam the land, and good or bad is often determined by what side of the street you’re on. Most of all, when push comes to shove in Washington Heights, nothing is stronger than the bonds of family."

The film stars Rayniel Rufino, Antonio Ortiz, Luis Antonio Ramos, Raúl Esparza, Alexandra Metz and Olga Merediz.
