Clayton Cornelious and Ariel Bellvalaire Pay Tribute to "Purple Rain" in High-Energy Night of Rock, Motorcycles and Aerial Stunts Jacob Langfelder in association with Broadway the Hardway presented Dearly Beloved… A 30th Anniversary Concert Tribute to His Purple Majesty Oct. 13 at the new 42West. Two-time Tony Award nominee Robin De Jesus headlined the evening celebrating Prince and "Purple Rain."

The concert experience, which began at 8 PM, starred De Jesus (In The Heights, La Cage Aux Folles, "Camp") alongside Tony Award winner Lena Hall (Hedwig and the Angry Inch), E. Clayton Cornelious (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical), Kiyan Taghaboni, Ariel Bellvalaire, Natalie Berk and Melanie Brook.

Tony nominee Michael Moritz Jr. music directed the 30th anniversary concert tribute to "the Artist known as, formerly known as, and everything in between."

The evening featuredimmersive video graphics on a 30-foot LED wall curated by JD Urban and Burt Rock. Aerial stunts were by MIXT Dance with lighting design by KJ Hardy and sound engineering by Quinn McCarthy for The Creamery Studio.
