The 2015 Gala for Off-Broadway's Vineyard Theatre on March 30 was hosted by John Waters (Hairspray, Cry Baby) and saw a constellation of Broadway talent including Tony winners Betty Buckley (Cats), Tony Kushner (Angels in America) and Tonya Pinkins (Caroline, or Change).

The annual fundraiser was held this year at the Edison Ballroom near Times Square and features a performance directed by Tony winner Michael Mayer (Hedwig and the Angry Inch).

Other celebrity guests slated to make an appearance included Kathleen Chalfant (Angels in America), Colman Domingo (The Scottsboro Boys), Holly Hunter ("The Piano"), Matthew Morrison (Finding Neverland), Kate Mulgrew (Equus), Aaron Tveit (Catch Me If You Can) and George C. Wolfe (The Normal Heart).

The 2015 gala honored Tony Award-winning producer Margo Lion, whose productions have garnered 20 Tonys, Olivier Awards and one Pulitzer Prize. Since 2009 she has been co-chair to the President's Committee on the Arts and Humanities, selected by President Barack Obama.
