The second national tour of the Tony Award-winning musical, Billy Elliot, launches in Durham, NC, on Oct. 30.

Tony Award winner Faith Prince stars as dance teacher Mrs. Wilkinson with the title role being shared by Giuseppe Bausilio, Michael Dameski, Kylend Hetherington, Lex Ishimoto and Daniel Russell.

Billy Elliot the Musical, winner of ten Tony Awards including Best Musical, is "the joyous and exciting celebration of one boy's triumph against the odds," according to producers. "The story follows Billy's journey as he stumbles out of the boxing ring and into a ballet class and discovers his dream to dance."
