Patrick Stewart, ready for his last performances of The Ride Down Mt. Morgan, joined Fosse couple Scott Wise and Elizabeth Parkinson at the second annual Broadway Barks benefit. The rescheduled benefit took over Shubert Alley July 22, in place of the original July 15 event, which was cancelled because of wind and rain. Broadway Barks encourages adopting abandoned or lost pets through FIDONYC (www.fidonyc.org), an animal welfare organization, founded two years ago by Bernadette Peters and Mary Tyler Moore. Among Broadway stars in attendence were Bebe Neuwirth, Tom Wopat, Joel Grey, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Adam Pascal, Heather Headley and Howard McGillin.
