42nd Street's Mary Testa, The Full Monty's Annie Golden and Karen Young celebrated the end of Playwrights Horizons run in their old West 42nd Street space July 2. Testa and Young performed in The Wax last winter at Playwrights, while Golden appeared there as Squeaky Fromme in the original production of Stephen Sondheim's Assassins. The former home of Playwrights Horizons is set for demolition this summer, in prepartation for the birth of a new Playwrights Horizons Mainstage and Studio Theaters, rehearsal spaces and administrative offices some 15 months later on the same site.
