Doubt and The Pillowman - which were given separate consideration for the first time this awards season as a homegrown and foreign bred piece – will face off one final time as each vies to win the Tony Award for Best Play on June 5.

At left, McDonagh and actor Brian F. O’Byrne of Doubt (and a veteran of McDonagh’s Leenane trilogy), as well as The Pillowman actor Michael Stuhlbarg and Marian Seldes are seen at the ceremony.
