News PHOTO CALL: Young Writers Share a Wonderful Meeting Two 18-year old winners of the 22nd Annual Young Playwright's Festival were treated to a matinee performance of Wonderful Town, followed by a backstage meeting with star Donna Murphy.

The Young Playwright's Festival (started by noneother than Stephen Sondheim) holds a writing competition every year. Two of this year's winners were Easter Candy by Halley Feiffer, directed by Richard Caliban and starring T. Cat Ford and Carol Halstead and The View from Tall by Caitlin Montanye Parrish, directed by Brett W. Reynolds and starring Jen Drohan, Jennifer Ikeda and Jonathan Sale.

Below, the writers get a chance to talk with Tony winning actress Donna Murhphy backstage at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre in New York City.
