News PHOTO EXCLUSIVE: Nick Spangler, Felicia Finley, Graham Rowat and More Rehearse Saved, and Hang Out New York theatre favorites Felicia Finley, Graham Rowat and Nick Spangler are among the cast of the musical Saved, currently in rehearsal at Kansas City Rep in Missouri.

Directed by Gary Griffin, this marks the second fully-staged production of the work by authors Michael Friedman (music/lyrics), John Dempsey (book) and Rinne Groff (book). Saved, based on the 2004 film about a group of Christian high school students, premiered at Playwrights Horizons in 2008. Revisions have been made and new songs added for the Kansas City run.

Nick Spangler (TV's "Amazing Race," Off-Broadway's The Fantasticks), who plays the role of Patrick, generously agreed to take some photos of the cast for Playbill.com. Here they are in rehearsal — and enjoying the cultural, scenic and culinary offerings in Kansas City:

According to KC Rep, "with a pop score and a young energetic cast, this musical follows an unforgettable senior year at a Christian high school. When a popular girl will do anything to save her boyfriend, she tests the limits of her school and her family’s faith in their beliefs and each other."

Finley (The Wedding Singer, Happy Days) is cast as Lillian, and Rowat (White Christmas, Guys and Dolls) is Pastor Mike. The cast also features Patrick Andrews as Roland, Izzie Baldwin as Tia, Justis Bolding (Woman in White) as Hilary Faye, Doogin Brown as Mitch, Gillian Goldberg as Cassandra, Laura Huizenga (Saved workshop) as Mary, David Hull (Wicked) as Dean and Emily Peterson as Lana.

Saved runs Sept. 10-Oct. 3 with an official opening set for Sept. 19.
