Cory Allan-Michael Monteith was born May 11, 1982, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Among his other numerous screen credits were "Sisters & Brothers," "Monte Carlo," "The Assistants," "Mistresses," "The Boy Next Door," "Fear Itself," "Kaya," "Flash Gordon," "Whisper," "The Invisible," "Hybrid," "Whistler," "Final Destination 3" and "Young Blades." He won a Teen Choice Award for his work on "Glee" in 2011.
