Rashad and Allen who are sisters, will discuss a far-ranging array of topics, from their family background to questions of politics and culture. Playwright Thulani Davis will moderate.

Phylicia Rashad, the star of Everybody's Ruby, and director-actress- choreographer Debbie Allen will takes part on March 28 at 5 PM in "Sunday Tea," a new series held at Joe's Pub in Off-Broadway's Public Theatre. Rashad and Allen who are sisters, will discuss a far-ranging array of topics, from their family background to questions of politics and culture. Playwright Thulani Davis will moderate. Rashad is featured in the Public's current production of Davis' Everybody's Ruby. Other theatre credits include Jelly's Last Jam and Into the Woods. The prolific Allen has seemingly worked in all areas of show business, from stage acting (Sweet Charity), television acting and producing ("Fame," "A Different World"), and choreography (this year's Academy Awards).
