Clark and O'Hara play, respectively, mother and daughter Margaret and Clara Johnson in the new Craig Lucas-Adam Guettel musical, which won six 2005 Tony Awards, including one for actress Clark. The musical recently extended its run at the Vivian Beaumont Theater through Jan. 1, 2006.
The A&E talk show will also include interviews with the Grammy-winning Black Eyed Peas, "Batman Begins" director Christopher Nolan and pianist-composer Joe Sample. The program will also visit New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art to learn about Coco Chanel's enduring appeal.
Victoria Clark received a 2005 Tony Award for her performance in The Light in the Piazza. Her other Broadway credits include Cabaret, Urinetown, Titanic, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Guys and Dolls and A Grand Night for Singing. Kelli O'Hara was Tony-nominated for her work in Piazza. She has also appeared on Broadway in Jekyll & Hyde, Follies, Sweet Smell of Success and Dracula, the Musical.
