Alex Benjamin: She should play Evita. Gaga is a modern ambassador of strong womanhood and fierce beliefs, even in the face of adversity and people misunderstanding her intentions. We need it.

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's award-winning musical Evita, which was last seen on Broadway in 2012, was the most popular choice among our readers. The Tony Award-nominated Best Revival starred Elena Roger as Eva Peron, the role created on Broadway by Tony winner Patti LuPone. If the musical were to be revived again on Broadway, we'd love to see Gaga in the vocally demanding leading role and hear her take on the iconic songs "Don't Cry for Me Argentina," "Buenos Aires" and "Rainbow High."

Angie Drimmel-Tomas: Emcee in Cabaret!! Roundabout Theatre Company will present the Broadway revival of Sam Mendes and Rob Marshall's Tony-winning production of Cabaret in 2014. In the production Alan Cumming will reprise his Tony Award-winning performance opposite Oscar nominee Michelle Williams, who will make her Broadway debut. If Cumming or Williams depart the production before it concludes its engagement, it would be exciting to see Gaga in either role. The pop star would likely score with the title song if she were cast as Sally Bowles, and the thought of Gaga as the show's Master of Ceremonies is equally thrilling.

Darren Freetage: She would be perfect in a revival of The Rink as Angel. She might actually get that show to sell… Kander and Ebb's dark musical about an Italian housewife who runs a roller-skating rink on the Eastern seaboard premiered on Broadway in 1984. Anna prepares to abandon it until her estranged daughter Angel returns after a long absence, hoping to save the rink and patch things up with her mother. The original starred Liza Minnelli (as Angel) and Chita Rivera (as Anna). Standout songs in the score include "Colored Lights," "Chief Cook and Bottle Washer," "We Can Make It" and "Marry Me."

@DisneySparkles: I think she'd be great in #chicago! I see her as more of a Velma than a Roxie. The long-running musical Chicago has welcomed a slew of famous leading ladies to its cast, including Christie Brinkley, Kara DioGuardi, Melanie Griffith, Brooke Shields and Michelle Williams, among many others. Gaga would be a great future replacement for either merry murderess, Roxie Hart of Velma Kelly, in the Tony Award-winning revival.

Amanda Marzo: Aida! I want to see her sing "My Strongest Suit" where she wears all these different fabulous Gaga outfits:) Aida, featuring a pop score by Elton John (music) and Tim Rice (lyrics), starred Sherie Rene Scott as Amneris, the princess who is betrothed to Radames, the captain of the Egyptian army. In the musical, Amneris gets to perform the show-stopping number "My Strongest Suit," which would be perfect for Gaga, who is noted for walking the red carpet in peculiar, yet fashionable outfits at every awards ceremony.

Joshua David Smith: Funny Girl. It would be different, but I think she can handle a role like Fanny.

@Sarahndipity44: People have mentioned Fanny Brice and Sally Bowles which would be really interesting. Something with depth, not just an excuse. Gaga is among the performers who immediately come to mind if Funny Girl, the Tony Award-nominated musical by Jule Styne (music), Bob Merrill (lyrics) and Isobel Lennart (book), is revived on Broadway. Barbra Streisand, who received a 1964 Tony Award nomination for her work in musical, is known for her iconic portrayal of Fanny Brice.

Skip Fillers: Maureen in RENT. That's an easy one.....I also agree w/ Hedwig. The Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Rent by Jonathan Larson, about a group of bohemian artists struggling to pay their rent in 1990s New York City, is a great fit for the eccentric performer. Gaga's voice would soar on Maureen's "Take Me Or Leave Me," and we'd love to see her take on "Over the Moon."

Juhstin Rahmihres: Well if I am correct based of rumor Barbra Streisand wants to remake Gypsy as Mama Rose and she wants Gaga to be Louise. That would be one killer film remake.

She can sing it, she can dance it, she has just the right amount of vulnerability and sex appeal As previously reported, Barbra Streisand revealed that she might be interested in casting Gaga in the title role of her film remake of the Tony Award-winning musical Gypsy. Gaga would be cast as Louise, who transforms into the notorious Gypsy Rose Lee by the end of the musical. If Streisand's film remake does not come to fruition, we wouldn't be opposed to the award-winning musical coming back to Broadway.

@Rebecca_Nova: this a tough one... I can see her as... Ugh I can't choose... Um Witch from Into the Woods? Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Into the Woods was last seen on Broadway with Vanessa Williams as the Witch, a role that was originated by Tony Award winner Bernadette Peters. If Gaga were to take on the iconic character, just think of the costumes!

@AlexMbrook: Dolly Levi would be great too. The Tony Award-winning musical Hello, Dolly! starred Carol Channing, who received a 1964 Tony for her performance as Mrs. Dolly Gallagher Levi. The musical, which features a score by Jerry Herman and a book by Michael Stewart, includes songs such as "I Put My Hand In," "World, Take Me Back" and "So Long, Dearie," among others.

Gaga, who rose to fame in 2008 with her debut album "The Fame," is the recipient of five Grammy Awards. Her hit songs include "Just Dance," "Poker Face," "Born This Way," "The Edge of Glory" and her new single "Applause," among others. It was recently announced that Alanis Morissette would adapt her album "Jagged Little Pill" for Broadway. We hope that Gaga is next!
