News Playwright Garth Wingfield Plays Dating Games, June 10-22 Five of the one-act comedies of playwright Garth Wingfield have been catalogued under the title Dating Games and will be presented for a short run June 10-22 at Off-Broadway's Theater Row Studio Theater.

Laura Josepher will direct a cast including Michael Anderson, Cynthia Babak, Eric Christie and Karin Sibrava. The five pieces are: Mary Just Broke Up with This Guy, about a woman coming out of a six-year relationship; Cha-Cha-Cha, concerning two classmates who meet at a 20-year high school reunion; The Lunch Date, in which a conservative woman tells her friend the surprising details of her recent date; Daniel on a Thursday, featuring two dissimilar gay men talking in a bar; and Run, where a couple of dogs bring together their owners at a dog run. Wingfield has written for the television series "Queer as Folk" and "Clueless." His Are We There Yet? was produced in New York at New Voices Theater Ensemble and then in London at Blue/Orange Theatre. Josepher directed his Touching Howard There at Harbor Theatre.
