News Public Theater's 365 Days/365 Plays First Sundays Series Continues Feb. 4 The latest edition of the Public Theater's First Sundays Series, featuring plays from weeks nine through twelve of Suzan-Lori Parks' 365 Days/365 Plays Project, will go up Feb. 4 at 3 PM and 7 PM.

Both performances are currently filled, but a standby line for unclaimed reservations will begin one hour before each presentation.

The companies presenting at the event are The New Group (week nine), Clubbed Thumb (week ten), Ars Nova (week eleven) and Barrow Street Theatre (week twelve).

Parks, a Pulitzer Prize winner for Topdog/Underdog, wrote one play a day for 365 days beginning in November 2002. Each week, a different New York company takes a turn presenting a week's worth of plays.

On the first Sunday of each month, the Public Theater — which is in charge of the New York branch of the project — hosts the First Sundays Series, in which the companies that presented during the previous month come to the Public to do their presentation again.

Sixty-five theatre companies in New York are participating in the project over the course of a year. Theatres in thirteen other regional networks nationwide are also presenting the plays. The reservation line for the First Sundays Series is (212) 967-7555. Public Theater members can call (212) 539-8650.
