News Rachel York to Sing with Peter Nero and the Philly Pops for Holiday POPS! Stage and screen star Rachel York will be the guest vocalist with Peter Nero and the Philly Pops for the annual Holiday POPS! Concert, performing Dec. 4-5, 11-12, 15, 18-19, and 21-22 at Verizon Hall.

Nero will direct the orchestra, and the Pops Festival Chorus, The Philadelphia Boys Choir, The African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas Gospel Choir and organist Peter Richard Conte will also appear, along with some surprise guests.

York has appeared on Broadway in City of Angels, Les Misérables, Victor/Victoria, Sly Fox and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. She also appeared in the national tour and London production of the Kiss Me, Kate revival, which was filmed for PBS. York played Lucille Ball in the CBS television film "Lucy."
