News Rattlestick's Killers are Released from NYC, Feb. 18 Fresh off of last year's Off-Broadway production of Crumple Zone, the Rattlestick Theatre presented the world premiere of Killers and Other Family Jan. 20. The play began performances Jan. 17 and will now end its run Feb. 18.

Fresh off of last year's Off-Broadway production of Crumple Zone, the Rattlestick Theatre presented the world premiere of Killers and Other Family Jan. 20. The play began performances Jan. 17 and will now end its run Feb. 18.

Lucy Thurber, recipient of the Manhattan Theatre Club's Playwriting Fellowship Award, penned this work about a woman whose past catches up with her. Other plays of hers have been workshopped at Ensemble Studio Theater, MTC, The New Group and The Echo Theater Company.

John Lawler directs Killers with a cast that includes Tessa Auberjonois (daughter of stage and screen's Rene Auberjonois), Ana Reeder, Dan Snook, and Jason Weinberg. Designers include Charles Kirby (set), Dave Barber (costumes), Bobby Harrell (lighting), and Jason Mills (sound).

Performances will run at the Rattlestick, 224 Waverly Place, (off 7th Avenue at 11th Street) through Feb. 18. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased by calling (212) 206 1515, or online at www.smarttix.com.
