Playwright Jessica Goldberg has "Stuck" Off-Broadway's Rattlestick Productions with their latest production. Stuck , developed by Goldberg at New York Stage & Film, began previews Jan. 21 and opens Jan. 24, 1999 at Theatre Off-Park, for a run through Feb. 14.
Goldberg's previous works include Refuge and The Hunger Education . Her current work -- which will be mentored by Marsha Norman (of `Night Mother fame) -- is about Lulu and Margaritah, small town video store workers who subsist on beer and cigarettes. Their only hope is to escape their dead-end burg, Middletown.
The cast features Jennifer Albano, Malachy Cleary, Michael Irby, Jenny Maguire and Margaret Richie. Abby Epstein directs.
