New York City Center’s 2018 Encores! Off-Center season kicked off June 27 with Jason Robert Brown’s Songs for a New World. The staging, directed by Kate Whoriskey is scheduled to run through June 30 at New York City Center.

The cast features Shoshana Bean (Wicked), Colin Donnell (Violet), Mykal Kilgore (Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert), and Solea Pfeiffer (Hamilton), as well as an ensemble of dancers.
