Inner Voices, the biennial series of solo works featuring new teams of playwrights and composers, begins performances October 22 at The TBG Mainstage Theatre, 312 West 36th Street. Featuring three one-act solo musicals, the limited engagement continues through November 17.

The lineup for the series, presented by Premieres, follows:

Scaffolding, with words and music by Tony nominee Jeff Blumenkrantz, is directed by Tony winner Victoria Clark with music direction by Benji Goldsmith. Tony nominee Rebecca Luker plays a single mom whose relationship with her brilliant only child is tested when he interviews for the college of his choice.

The Costume, with words and music by Daniel Zaitchik, features direction by Noah Himmelstein and music direction by Deborah Abramson. School of Rock's Finn Douglas is cast as ten-year-old Leo, who, on Halloween 1954, is given the unexpected task of caring for an injured bird overnight.

Window Treatment, with words by Deborah Zoe Laufer and music by Daniel Green, casts Farah Alvin as a lonely New Yorker planning her future with a stranger across the courtyard. Portia Krieger directs with music direction by Paul Masse.

The musicals feature sets and props by Reid Thompson, costumes by Brooke Cohen Brown, and lighting by Aaron Spivey.
