News Red Bull Adds Old Debts, With René Auberjonois, Jovial Crew and Volpone to Revelation Series Tony Award-winning actor René Auberjonois will take part in the Red Bull Theater Company's Revelation Reading of A New Way to Pay Old Debts.

Red Bull Theater has announced a spring trio of plays that will be presented as part of its Obie-winning Revelation Readings series. The readings take place at 7 PM Monday evenings at the Theater at St. Clements.

Philip Massinger's A New Way to Pay Old Debts will be read March 23. Matthew Rauch will direct Auberjonois, David Conrad and Rocco Sisto in the satirical work that is described as "a classic battle of young love versus parent's plans, bustling in the marketplace of debtors, creditors, and everyday profligates of 17th-century Nottinghamshire."

April 6 will feature Richard Brome's A Jovial Crew. According to press notes, Brome's work is "A politically incorrect comedy about the homeless, with a little something to say about people from all economic walks of life. The last play to be written or performed before the closing of the English theatres in 1642, Brome's play was also one of the first revivals of the Restoration."

The final offering will be Ben Jonson's Volpone, the classic comedy about greed, May 25. "Ben Jonson skewers the 'death tax' debate — centuries before his time," press notes state.

Tickets are available by visiting www.redbulltheater.com. The Theater at St. Clements is located at 423 West 46th Street in Manhattan.
