Attendees can expect to hear Pascal's original rock tunes as well as songs from his musical theatre career. Show time each night is 8 PM. Adam Pascal was part of the final cast of Aida, playing the role he created several years ago, the ill-fated Radames. He also portrayed the Emcee in the now-closed revival of Cabaret. Pascal made his theatrical debut as Roger in the original cast of Jonathan Larson's Rent; for that performance, he received Theatre World and Obie awards as well as Tony and Drama Desk nominations. Pascal was a co-producer of the hit Off-Broadway play Fully Committed and appeared in the Actors' Fund benefit concerts of Chess and Hair. Pascal's two solo recordings, "Civilian" and "Model Prisoner," are available on the Sh-K-Boom label.
The Post Street Theatre season will also include Marc Salem's Mind Games (Oct. 31-Nov. 19) and Luis Bravo's Forever Tango (Dec. 26, 2006-Jan. 21, 2007).
Tickets for Pascal's concerts, priced $35 and $45, are available by calling (415) 771-6900. For more information visit www.poststreettheatre.com.
