Playbill On-Line retracts a story posted June 19, 1998, relating to the Walt Disney Company's relationship with the 3,534-seat Chicago Theatre in Chicago. Contrary to the story, Disney continues to lease the theatre. Chicago Alameda Theatre Enterprises Inc. (CATE), a Disney subsidiary, had entered into an agreement with the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) to manage the theatre. CATE will continue to hold the lease.
