News Return Engagement of New Comedy Psycho Therapy Ends Off-Broadway Run May 26 Psycho Therapy, the 90-minute world-premiere comedy by Frank Stausser about a woman and the two men in her life, ends its run May 26.

The 90-minute play premiered in January with Jeffrey Carlson and Angelica Page among the cast. After it closed, Alexander Cendese (A View from the Bridge) and Gabrielle Miller ("Corner Gas") stepped into their roles for the return engagement that began April 8. Michael Bush took over directorial duties for the spring run.

The return run also features original cast members Jan Leslie Harding (The Green Bird, A Lie of the Mind) and Laurence Lau (The Exonerated, "One Life to Live").

Barbara Ligeti and Wishing Well Productions produce the run.

Here's how Psycho Therapy is billed: "Lily's fiancée Phillip blows off couples therapy and Dorian, her hot young ex-boyfriend, jumps in to fill the void. When the trio ends up on the couch together, only therapist Nancy Winston can untangle the kinks. Frank Strausser's insanely entertaining new comedy opens the door to a new option - couples therapy for three."

The production team included Michael V. Moore (set designer), Amanda Bujak (costume designer), Amy Altadonna (sound designer), Jeff Croiter (lighting designer) and Allison Leyton-Brown (composer). Tickets for Psycho Therapy, priced $66, can be purchased by calling (212) 352-3101 or by visiting psychotherapytheplay.com.

The Cherry Lane Theatre is located at 38 Commerce Street.
