What luck...Halloween is just around the corner and Trinity Rep will hold their second annual costume sale Oct. 26.
Hundreds of costumes worn in over 300 Trinity Rep productions will go on the sale rack. The unique and extensive collection of costumes span a 32 year history of the Tony Award-winning theatre. Everything from period costumes to men's suits to accessories from all eras -- hats, shoes, and handbags -- are up for sale ($5 to $150).
Last year's costume sale managed to take in $5,000 for theatre operations and promoters of this years event are expecting to draw an even bigger crowd. Proceeds from this year's event will be used to buy tools for Trinity Rep's production department.
The sale is on...at Trinity Rep's Upper Lobby (201 Washington Street, Providenc, RI) from 10 AM To 3 PM. Admission is free. For more information please call (401) 521-1100.
