A special six-week engagement of the popular Irish dance spectacle, Riverdance, will run in Dublin, Ireland, July 10-Aug. 19. The limited engagement marks the first time the show has been presented there since its debut at The Point Theatre in Dublin on Feb. 9, 1995.

Riverdance has played to capacity crowds in England, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, German, Belgium, Scotland, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Finland and Mexico.

Riverdance -- On Broadway is selling tickets through the New Year at the Gershwin Theatre. A national tour is underway in the United States.

The music for Riverdance was composed by Grammy winner Bill Whelan (1997 Grammy Award for "Best Musical Show Album).
