LOS ANGELES -- The Road Theatre Company has won the contract to operate the Lankershim Arts Center for the next five years. The arts center, located in the Noho Arts District of N. Hollywood, is a city-owned historical monument that the Cultural Affairs Dept. has dedicated to providing arts to the community.
Under the new contract, the Road Theatre will be the sole contract organization at the arts center and will subcontract with several other arts and cultural groups, including Grupo de Teatro Sinergia, Synthaxis Theatre Co. and Los Angeles Women's Theatre Festival.
