Directed and choreographed by Marcos Santana and co-produced by Round House Theatre, the show will star Robin De Jesús as Usnavi—the role Miranda originated in the Broadway run.
De Jesús originated the role of Sonny, Usnavi’s younger cousin, in the original Broadway production and earned a Tony nomination for his work. He earned a second nomination for his performance as Jacob in the 2010 revival of La Cage Aux Folles.
Rounding out the cast are Linedy Genao (Vanessa), Mili Diaz (Nina), Marquise White (Benny), Rayanne Gonzales (Abuela Claudia), Natascia Diaz (Daniela), Michael J. Mainwaring (Sonny), Danny Bolero and Vilma Gil (Nina's parents Kevin and Camila), Juan Drigo Ricafort (Graffiti Pete), Tobias A. Young (Piragua Guy), and Scean Aaron, Eunice Bae, Sharlane Conner, Andre Hinds, Jesse Jones, Ashleigh King, Rebecca Kritzer, and Melissa Victor in the ensemble.
