Classic Arts News Rochester Jazz Festival to Feature Sonny Rollins, Dave Brubeck The fourth Rochester International Jazz Festival, June 10-18, will include performances by saxophonist Sonny Rollins, pianists Dave Brubeck and Chick Corea, and trumpeter Chris Botti.
Organizers announced the lineup yesterday; tickets go on sale today. In all, the nine-day event will include more than 100 concerts.

Among the artists scheduled to appear are saxophonist Dewey Redman, vocalist Madeleine Peyroux, guitarist Bill Frisell, saxophonist Ravi Coltrane, trumpeter Wallace Roney, guitarist John Scofield, trumpeter Steven Bernstein and his band Sex Mob, trombonist Steve Turre, and saxophonist Arthur Blythe.

Also on the schedule is a screening of the Miles Davis concert film Live at the Isle of Wight 1970.
