On Dec. 1, NY's Roundabout Theatre Company will throw a gala celebration for their The Great American Musical Series. The exclusive event includes a benefit performance of the company's Little Me.
Honorary chairpersons for the event include Little Me stars Martin Short and Faith Prince, with a host of stars including Little Me director/choreograper Rob Marshall and company members: Brooks Ashmanskas, Peter Benson, Michael McGrath, Michael Park, Christine Pedi, Ruth Williamson.
Joining them for the festivities will be a host of stars from Roundabout's previous "Great American" series: Debra Monk (Company), Joe Masteroff (Cabaret), Walter Bobbie (A Grand Night for Singing), Pat Hingle and Gregg Edelman (of 1776) and Jane Krakowski, Boyd Gaines, Sheldon Harnick, Sally Mayes, Louis Zorich, Judy Kuhn, and Howard McGillin (all from She Loves Me).
The benefit performance will take place at 6:45 PM, following a cocktail party with members of the Artists Committee. After the benefit performance will be a special dinner at the Hudson Theatre.
