The 7 PM reading will be held at the Lucille Lortel Theatre and will feature 16 different actors who will portray the couple at various moments in their lives. Among those already scheduled to take part in the one-night-only event are George S. Irving, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Brian O'Halloran, Kay Walbye and Little Women's Megan McGinnis. Additional casting is expected shortly. Cailin Heffernan will direct First Kisses, which is described as the "remarkable and touching tale of one couple's relationship over the course of more than 60 years. A span which includes a first kiss, love, marriage, birth, death, grandparenthood, and the challenge of loving and staying with the same person for the rest of your life."

The evening will benefit the Boomerang Theater Company's capital campaign for a permanent performance space in Lower Manhattan. Boomerang is a non-profit theatre dedicated to presenting new, classic and neglected plays.

The Lucille Lortel Theatre is located at 121 Christopher Street, off of Hudson Street. Tickets for the reading, priced $25 and $70, are available by calling (212) 279-4200 or by visiting www.ticketcentral.com. Visit www.boomerangtheatre.org for more information.
