News Run for Your Wife, with Hayden, Shoop and Marland, Opens Jan. 24 at the Engeman The Engeman Theatre production of Ray Cooney's farce Run for Your Wife opens in Northport, Long Island Jan. 24.

BT McNicholl, the resident director of Broadway's Billy Elliot, directs the production that began previews Jan. 21 and runs through Feb. 21. Richard T. Dolce produces.

The cast features John Patrick Hayden (Tartuffe), Stuart Marland (Xanadu), Laura Shoop (Fiddler on the Roof), Doug Stender (Noises Off), John Little, Matthew Naclerio, David Rossmer, Audra Wahhab, Ray Gobes, Jr. and Lucy Rayner.

"This madcap British farce is the story of mischievous London cab driver, John Smith, who has two wives, two lives and a tight schedule to keep! Trouble brews when Smith is mugged and ends up in the hospital. When two addresses are discovered, the police investigate and Smith becomes hilariously entangled in his own hopeless attempts to explain himself," press notes state.

Run for Your Wife is designed by Court Watson (set design), Gail Baldoni (costume design), Joel E. Silver (lighting design) and Craig Kaufman (sound design).
