The series will begin Jan. 10, 2011, with a performance by 2010 Stephen Sondheim Society Performer of the Year Alex Young. Triplett will take the stage Feb. 21, and Staunton will perform March 14.
Richard Douglas Production will present the concerts in association with Samuel Joseph. According to press notes, the intension of the concert series is "to present regular and accessible performances of the work of the composer and his contemporaries featuring the top echelon of performers in the industry in the intimate surrounds of the 90 seat venue."
Triplett has appeared in the West End in Anything Goes, Follies, Cabaret, Grease, Carrie, The Rocky Horror Show, Cats and Guys and Dolls.
Staunton, an Oscar nominee for "Vera Drake," recently appeared on London stages in Entertaining Mr. Sloane and There Came a Gypsy Riding, among other stage credits. Film work includes "Return to Cranford," "Taking Woodstock" and "Shakespeare in Love."
