Fans can also catch the Broadway-bound stars in concert over the next several months, with several engagements planned for the New York area.

Fontana will slip into the starring role of the new Broadway musical adaptation of Tootsie, the 1982 film about a struggling actor whose life changes when he takes on a female persona—Dorothy Micheals—to land a role on a major soap opera. Fontana takes on the role originated on screen by Dustin Hoffman that gets a whole new sound from Tony Award-winning The Band’s Visit composer-lyricist David Yazbeck.

Fans can catch Fontana in concert at Birdland on December 3 and 17 at 7 PM.
