Directed by MK Lawson (Libra's The Entropy Songs), Poems & Moon Songs will feature Sara Jean Ford (How to Succeed…, A Little Night Music), Marissa McGowan (The Nutty Professor, Bonnie & Clyde), Drama Desk nominee Jeremy Morse (Bloodsong of Love, Libra's 12th Night) and Zachary Prince (On a Clear Day…, Baby It's You).

Here's how the evening is billed: "For anyone who's looked at the night sky and felt seemingly alone yet utterly connected, there's Poems & Moon Songs. Poems & Moon Songs is a journey through the soaring melodies and sharp style of rising composer Will Reynolds (The Greenwood Tree), linking his singular lyrical voice with some of greatest poets of all time."

Reynolds is the composer and creator of The Greenwood Tree (NYMF 2009, Kennedy Center "Page-to-Stage" 2010), a 2013 Dramatist Guild Fellow and an alumnus of ASCAP's Johnny Mercer Songwriters Project. His songs have been featured in the "Cutting Edge Composers" series, Scott Alan's "Monday Nights, New Voices" and Dream Light Theater Co.'s "Bright Lights." As an actor, he has been seen in Love Story at the Walnut Street Theater, Tony Kushner's The Illusion and the Mamma Mia! national tour, among others.

The Underground Lounge is located at 955 West End Avenue (at 107th Street). There will be a $15 cover plus a two-item minimum. For more information and tickts, visit LibraTheater.org or click here.
