Hudson will kick off the fourth season with a six-episode arc. Additional details about their characters will be released at a later time.
Fox has also announced that “Glee” will move to a new night and time this fall. The musical series will air Thursday nights at 9 PM ET following “The X Factor.” As previously reported, the series will conclude its third season May 22 at 9 PM ET.
Parker has been seen on Broadway in Once Upon a Mattress, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Annie and The Innocents. Her film and television credits also include “New Year’s Eve” and the upcoming films “Lovelace” and “Married and Cheating,” among others. Hudson, who was seen in the film adaptation of Nine, received an Oscar nomination in 2001 for her performance in “Almost Famous.” She has also been seen in “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days,” “The Skeleton Key” and “Bride Wars,” among others.
