Sarah Jessica Parker, star of the Broadway revival of Once Upon a Mattress, will autograph copies of the show's recently-released cast recording in New York Monday, March 31.

The signing will take place at HMV, 2081 Broadway at 72nd St. beginning at 6 PM.

The new cast recording of the 1959 musical based on Hans Christian Andersen's "The Princess and the Pea" was produced by six time Grammy winner Jay David Saks and released by RCA Victor March 25. Musical direction and vocal arrangements are by Eric Stern, with new orchestrations by Bruce Coughlin.Recording sessions took place Jan. 6 at the Hit Factory in New York.

The current revival of the show (book by Jay Thompson, Marshall Barer and Dean Fuller, music by Mary Rodgers, lyrics by Barer) is the first Broadway production in nearly 40 years.

The release of the Mattress CD comes on the heels of the March 18 launch of the recording of Floyd Collins, written by Mary Rodgers' son, Adam Guettel.
