News Scott Nevins and Natalie Joy Johnson Step in for a Skinny Corpse May 22 John Hill, who was seen on Broadway in Hairspray and The Boy From Oz and Off-Broadway in Bare, has canceled his May 22 performance of Skinny Corpse in order to film a pilot for MTV.

In his place, the Duplex will present an evening with comedian Scott Nevins and singer-actress Natalie Joy Johnson. Nevins will be on hand to premiere his new comedy act, and Johnson will offer pop and Broadway tunes. Show time is 9:30 PM. Hill is scheduled to resume performances of Skinny Corpse June 5 at 9:30 PM.

Natalie Joy Johnson was seen in Bare: A Pop Opera. She starred in the 2001 national tour of Godspell as well as the New York Fringe Festival production of Slut, the Actors' Fund benefit concert of Chess and the Pippin benefit concert. Johnson also appeared in the workshop of the play Joy.
