SEATTLE -- The cast for the 5th Avenue Musical Theatre Company's Hot Shoe Shuffle which arrives here Mar. 31 after its break in engagement in Houston at 5th Avenue's sister venue, Theatre Under the Stars, includes Seattle native Noah Racey, who made his 5th Avenue debut a few seasons back in 42nd Street and subsequently has been seen at TUTS in Makin' Whoopee and Oliver!

Others in the cast, who were selected after a six month, nationwide audition process include Brad Aspel, Tim Grandia, Gair Morris, Michael Raine, Rusty Reynolds and Steve Z, who along with Racey play the seven Australian brothers tapping their way to stardom. Leading roles are also played by P.J.Benjamin as Max and Lauren Kennedy as Maddy.

Hot Shoe Shuffle is directed and choreographed by Australia's David Atkins. and features a book by David W. Hahn, music by Megan Cavalllari and lyrics by David Goldsmith.

Hot Shoe Shuffle previews Mar. 31 and April 1, and runs April 2-19 at The 5th Avenue Theatre, 1308 5th Ave, downtown Seattle. Tickets ($19-$45) are available through Ticketmaster (206-0292-ARTS, or directly at the theatre box office, Mon.-Fri., 10 AM to 5 PM.
