Fever opens June 9 for a run through June 25. Laurence Ballard directs John Procaccino in the show.

The Fever finds a Western traveler confronting his own moral and monetary values as he suffers from a fever in a run-down, third-world hotel far away from the comforts of home. Shawn, known for his idiosyncratic roles in the films "The Princess Bride," "Clueless," and "My Dinner with Andre," is also the author of Marie and Bruce, The Designated Mourner and Aunt Dan and Lemon.

Procaccino last appeared at ACT as Gene in Side Man and Reverend Parris in The Crucible. On Broadway, he had roles in An American Daughter, A Thousand Clowns and Conversations with My Father, and he understudied Alan Alda in Art.

Designing The Fever are Ariel Goldenberger (sets), Carolyn Keim (costumes) and Ann Cieko (lighting). Jason Rummel is the stage manager.
